SAFETY POLICY
M/s Force International Cables is committed in providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employed staff, and is providing training on detailed information pertaining to the products, supervisory role needed to achieve this for providing of safety product to our customers in all respects. FIC will take responsibility for health and safety procedures, however, employees need to be aware of their responsibilities (as per lines enumerated below) and comply with the business” “health and safety policy”. Each employee is encouraged to play a responsible and vital role in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace through:
Being involved in the workplace health and safety system.
Sticking to correct procedures and equipment.
Wearing protective clothing and equipment as and when required.
Reporting any pain, injury or discomfort of employee staff personnel as soon as passible.
Ensuring all incidents and accidents are reported to his seniors (Shift Incharge) well in time.
Helping new employees, trainees and visitors to the workplace to adhere to understand the right safely procedures and make them aware of its importance/existence therein.
Telling your manager immediately health and safety concerns pertaining to of any all the personnel either permanent stall or the respected customers.
Keeping the work place tidy to minimize the risk of any traps and falls.
QUALITY POLICY
M/s Force International Cables aim is to ensure that the needs of our customers are clearly understood and met through close liaison at all stages of the work. FIC has cared a value added reputation in the Market & Industry as well; it does not compromise on quality. FIC is giving its primary focus on quality of the products, continuously reviews and improves the effectiveness of its Quality Management System in line with objectives of achieving higher productivity. The Company’s Quality Policy abides by continual improvement in its quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the principles enlisted below:-
Comply with all applicable statutory laws and regulations.
Follow a concept of continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system and make best use of our management resources in all Quality matters.

Work closely with our customers and suppliers to establish the highest Quality standards.

Train our staff in the needs and responsibilities of Quality Management and provide the personnel and resources to ensure that the importance of meeting and exceeding customer requirements is communicated and understood throughout our organization.
